TAKES CARE OF EMPLOYEES IN THE FIELD OF LABOR LAW

  • Provides consultation and expert advice in the field of personnel and labor law
  • Processes the creation, change and termination of labor relations
  • Keeps records of personal and labor documents of UWB employees
  • Processes statistical reports in the field of human resources and ensures communication with the Labor Office of the Czech Republic
  • Ensures reporting to the Register of Associate Professors and Professors (REDOP)
  • Manages employee benefits
  • Provides support and administrates services for selection procedures
  • Provides administrative services for negotiations with trade unions operating at UWB and comments on draft collective agreements

TAKES CARE OF FOREIGN EMPLOYEES AND SUPPORTS THEM IN THE ESTABLISHMENT, CONTINUATION AND TERMINATION OF THEIR EMPLOYMENT AT THE UNIVERSITY

  • Provides methodical support to departments in the preparation and conduct of selection procedures with foreign job applicants
  • Provides support for the purpose of obtaining a residence permit (if necessary) and the subsequent conclusion of an employment relationship
  • Takes care of foreign employees in the connection with their work at UWB
  • Provides "Welcome Center" services for foreign employees upon their arrival in the Czech republic (dealing with authorities, securing accomodation, medical care, familiarisation with the UWB enviroment, etc.)
