Grant support for student activities (GRAS) financially supports students' educational activities, international mobility, representation of UWB in the areas of culture, sports and social areas. It also supports activities to improve student life at UWB and promote the good name of UWB in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Grant support for student activities is regulated by the Rector's Directive No. 1R/2019.

Project proposals are submitted via IS ZČU II.

Pro přihlášení použijete své Orion uživatelské jméno. Zobrazí se nástěnka IS ZČU II, v horní části vyberete „Moje projekty“  >  Nový projekt  > GRAS 2024.

Use your Orion username to log in. The IS UWB II noticeboard will appear, at the top select "My projects" > New project > GRAS 2024.

The financial allocation for GRAS projects for this year has already been exhausted. New proposals can be submitted in 2025.

Note to researchers:

• Please attach the total project budgets to the projects, specifying all financial sources and expressing the percentage of support required from GRAS.
• In the case of a scholarship application, attach a complete list of the names of individual team members to the project proposal, specifying their participation in the project.
• Maintain the appropriate language level (grammar, word order, wording, etc.) for submitted projects.
• Express measurable outputs precisely and bindingly (formulations such as: it would be a success to increase the number of likes; we want more people in the audience; estimated attendance is, etc. are completely inappropriate). Measurable outputs and their compliance will be taken into account in the final evaluation of the project!
• Orders - just send an e-mail to the project administrator. Be as specific as possible about your requirements, i.e. exact quantity, duration, start and location of the event, prices with and without VAT, supplier details, etc.
