A program of the Ministry of Culture that supports the purchase of non-commercial literary works of Czech literature, illustrated fiction for children and youth, and literary studies works for public professional and selected university libraries in the Czech Republic.
Targeted at: public professional and selected university libraries
Eligibility: only libraries registered under Act No. 257/2001 Coll. (Library Act)
Not open to library branches, departments, or other internal units

Grant programs supporting non-commercial library-related projects
Eligible applicants:
Libraries registered under Act No. 257/2001 Coll.
Associations under Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code), with the primary aim of supporting library and information services
Legal entities (e.g. consortia) dedicated to library development and public information access).

Subprograms include:

VISK 2 – Non-formal ICT training for librarians
VISK 3 – Library information centres
VISK 4 – National program for library collection protection
VISK 5 – RETROKON (retrospective conversion of catalogues)
