Czech-Polish Forum
The basic mission of the Czech-Polish Forum is to support the development of existing and the creation of new joint initiatives of non-governmental entities of both countries. The Forum continues the cooperation of independent groups in the period of lack of freedom before 1989, the culmination of which was the activity of Polish-Czech-Slovak Solidarity. Within the framework of the Forum, we support projects of non-governmental organizations, municipalities, regions, schools, research institutions and other entities. The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of both countries are trying to stimulate the further development and deepening of Czech-Polish relations. Projects are approved once a year by the program boards of the Czech-Polish and Polish-Czech Forums at their meetings in Prague and Warsaw.
