Operational Programme Environment
The Operational Programme Environment (OPE) provides funding from the European Regional Development Fund and the Cohesion Fund for projects in the field of environmental protection.
In the 2021–2027 programming period, the programme offers approximately CZK 61 billion to the applicants. The eligibility of expenditures ends in 2029, with the formal closure of the programme. OPE is the successor programme to the Operational Programme Environment 2014–2020.
The main goal of the programme is to protect and ensure a high-quality living environment for the inhabitants of the Czech Republic, reduce the negative impacts of human activity on the environment and climate, and contribute to solving environmental and climate issues at both European and global levels.
