News in the area of publishing contracts in the register

The latest amendment to Act No. 340/2015 Coll. modified (among other things) the provisions of Section 8, adding paragraph 7 with the following wording: "Until December 31, 2023, an electronic image of the text content of a contract may also be entered in the register in an open format that allows for complete machine processing of the text content." From January 1, 2024, there will be a change in the acceptable formats for published contracts, and it will no longer be possible to publish contracts in PDF format with a text layer in the contract register.

Clarification of internal university legislation – consolidation of all annexes into the text of the standard

All university-wide standards and their appendices have been merged. This means that only one document needs to be opened (containing both the standard itself and all appendices).

For amended (revised) standards, open the link in the column "Full text in Czech" (third column from the left), where you will always find the current version of the relevant standard.

Hypertext links in standards

Hypertext links to relevant related standards are included in university-wide standards, so there is no need to search for them.

Changes in the amendment of standards

All changes made to the text of the standard are clearly visible in the full text of the standard by tracking changes in Microsoft Word.
