Basic Information
Legal Department:
- checks legal requirements of contracts and addendum to contracts,
- deals with all legal matters, based on individual requests the department completes legal solutions to presented issues and presents suggestion for legal solutions,
- represents UWB before courts and other administrative bodies with the exception of Article 26 section 2 subsection q) of the Organizational Rules
- interprets laws and internal rules and regulations of UWB
- points out new pieces of legislature which might affect UWB
- acts during creating of internal rules and regulations
- suggests organizational structure and rules of UWB
- handles a database of internal rules and regulations and forms
