  • Identifies funding opportunities for university-wide projects
  • Coordinates the preparation of strategic and university-wide projects
  • Handles project and financial management, including long-term sustainability aspects 
  • Develops methodological guidelines to support the preparation and implementation of projects
  • Facilitates communication with university departments and funding bodies as part of university-wide project management
  • Oversees risk management for university-wide projects and reports to the university leadership
  • Keeps documentation of university-wide projects, unless stored by individual departments
