- Develops methodological guidelines to support the preparation and implementation of projects
- Facilitates communication with university departments and funding bodies as part of university-wide project management
- Oversees risk management for university-wide projects and reports to the university leadership
- Keeps documentation of university-wide projects, unless stored by individual departments
