UWB Incentive System – POSTDOC
The POSTDOC 2026 support system for postdoctoral staff at UWB, established by the Vice-Rector for Creative Activities and Doctoral Studies, builds on UWB's strategic documents. Applications for support may be submitted by UWB employees within five years of obtaining their Ph.D. degree, with the date of submission of the application being the decisive date.
The deadline for submitting applications is February 10, 2026. Applications must be submitted using the online form (registration exclusively via orion-login@office365.zcu.cz). Applications for support may also be submitted for events that have already taken place in the given calendar year (i.e., since January 1, 2026). The maximum amount of support is CZK 150,000. Eligible costs include, in particular, the costs of professional internships, payments for publications, OS fees, access to EIZ, machine time in another department, and the purchase of professional literature. Personal (wage) costs are not eligible. The deadline for the end of the supported activity is November 15, 2026.
