The RETURNS OF THE ZČU project represents a targeted institutional intervention of the ZČU in Pilsen aimed at supporting workers from target groups returning or taking a career break. The aim is to pilot the grant scheme and implement support during a career break, which will support the reintegration of the involved persons through the development of competencies, mentoring and flexible working conditions. The project will contribute to the sustainability of scientific careers and the strengthening of equal opportunities.

The project is financed by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports from the Jan Amos Comenius Operational Programme within the framework of call no. 02_24_037 Returns.

The CBAG ("ComeBackGrants") programme is announced and financed with the support of this UWB project. Project administration is carried out exclusively in English via the IS ZČU II information system available at https://iszcu.zcu.cz.

Submission of a change request in IS ZČU II: continuously and no later than 31 December 2027

Submission of an Interim Activity Report (PZ) in IS ZČU II – every 3 months:

1st phase: 1 September 2026 – 30 November 2026 (PZ December 2026)
2nd phase: 1 December 2026 – 28 February 2027 (PZ March 2027)
3rd phase: 1 March 2027 – 31 May 2027 (PZ June 2027)
4th phase: 1 June 2027 – 31 August 2027 (PZ September 2027)
5th phase: 1 September 2027 – 30 November 2027 (PZ December 2027)
6th phase: 1 December 2027 – 29 February 2028 (Final Activity Report – March 2028)
