The RETURNS OF THE ZČU project represents a targeted institutional intervention of the ZČU in Pilsen aimed at supporting workers from target groups returning or taking a career break. The aim is to pilot the grant scheme and implement support during a career break, which will support the reintegration of the involved persons through the development of competencies, mentoring and flexible working conditions. The project will contribute to the sustainability of scientific careers and the strengthening of equal opportunities.

The project is financed by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports from the Jan Amos Comenius Operational Programme within the framework of call no. 02_24_037 Returns.

The CBAG ("ComeBackGrants") programme is announced and financed with the support of this UWB project. Project applications for this programme can be submitted from 1. 1. 2026 to 15. 2. 2026 exclusively in English via the IS ZČU II information system available at https://iszcu.zcu.cz. Instructional materials will also be published here in the Documentation section. Before submitting the project, each applicant must secure the approval of the head of the UWB receiving department.

CBAG online session - How to prepare a project application

An online meeting will be held on January 14, 2026 from 10:00 a.m., where we will provide information on the preparation of CBAG project applications as well as a demonstration in the IS ZČU II system.
