The aim of the project is to enhance the professional competencies of academic and non-academic staff, reduce student dropout rates, strengthen and develop strategic management, create and develop study programs, and innovate and expand support services for students with special needs.

The project represents a comprehensive initiative designed to foster a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment that respects individuality. It focuses on developing staff competencies, reducing student dropout rates, and implementing selected strategic management tools to establish an effective and comprehensive system. The project also aims to increase the inclusivity in the study environment for students with special needs.

The project is funded by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports under the Jan Amos Komenský Operational Programme within the 02_23_022 ESF+ Call for Higher Education Institutions.
